Instructions:

1. Mouse traps comes with baits. So no need to add the bait price. Price will be [1st Visit + Mouse Trap + 2nd Visit].
2. Bait blocks are sold in packs and each pack contains more than 20 pcs of bait block. It also requries a bait block station to hold the bait blocks but it is not mandatory. Not using a station can be messy as rats may hide anywhere after eating the bait and that can cause a lot of hassel. So, the price will be [1st Visit + Bait Block Station + Bait Block + 2nd Visit].
3. Not returning to collect the dead rats will cause rotting and it will spread a lot of foul smell as well as further infestation. It can come back as Back-Charge.
4. Feces are the mark to identify if a property has mouse infestation or not. Make sure to add a conjunction bid to remove the feces after the traps are set.
