Fill out the form accordingly to generate a bid. The following prices are provided as a ranged parameter taken from RepairBase 2024.

Cash For Keys: Vendor will set an appointment (usually it's the homeowner and details are provided in the work order) and meet him/her on the appointment date. The vendor will exchange keys for cash. Homeowner pays the vendor on spot.

Put Keys in Lockbox: After opening a LB, we often encounter that the keys are missing. In this case, we provide bid to put the keys in the lockbox. The vendor will use his master keys to determine in which code the property had been secured and we will bid to put the same coded keys in the LB.
