Bidding Process:
A normal discoloration bid is consist of 3 major bids.

• Address The Source: Bid to repair the damage that is causing the discoloration.
• Address The Discoloration: Bid to treat the discoloration.
• Address The Existing Moisture: Bid to install Damprid(no electricity) or Dehumidifier (with electricity).

In this page we are bidding for the 2nd step - Address The Discoloration
for that, we need 2 conjunct bid. Bid 1 and Bid 2
Bid 1 - is for Anti-microbial wash and
Bid 2 - is for either kilz or drylok (depending on the material)
