Bidding Process:
A normal discoloration bid consists of 4 major bids.

• Address The Source: Bid to repair the damage that is causing the discoloration.
• Address The Infection: Bid to remove soft surfaces like dryeall, wood, plaster or scrape residue from hard surface like - concrete or cinder block.
• Address The Discoloration: Bid to treat the discoloration.
• Address The Existing Moisture: Bid to install Damprid (no electricity) or Dehumidifier (with electricity).
